PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
Nomination terms
A nomination is an invitation. It does not publish a nominee and it does not decide an outcome.
What a nomination is
Only the nominee, through its owner or management, can accept a nomination and submit the documentation pack. Nothing is published until they do, and the number of nominations received does not affect the score.
What you declare
That the information is true to your knowledge, that you consent to Terang Awards contacting the nominee, that you understand there is no fee at any stage, and that you have read the privacy notice.
What happens next
- Terang Awards sends one private invitation link to the nominee owner or management email.
- Only the owner or authorised management can open the link and submit the pack.
- They provide the business identity once: legal or operating name, entity type, NIB, KBLI, activity and operating location.
- Each selected category then asks only for its relevant evidence. For example, a developer provides PBG and SLF references; an agency provides AREBI and LSP broker references.
- The Secretariat checks eligibility. The independent panel scores the submitted evidence only after that check.
The first pack accepts identifiers, explanations, secure links and, for categories whose common gate names an actual document, a single supporting file upload (PDF or image, up to 10 MB). Community Trust does not receive a pack because it is decided by public vote.
The invitation link stays open until the pack is submitted, or until it expires on 7 December 2026. A nominee removed at the eligibility stage is told the reason by a person and has seven days to respond.
