About Terang Awards
Terang Awards is Bali's first real estate awards initiative, co-founded by Bali News, Fullers Properties, and ArkaCara.
Created to celebrate excellence, integrity, innovation, and meaningful contributions to Bali's real estate industry, Terang recognises the people and organisations helping shape a more professional, transparent, and responsible property sector.
With eight award categories and an independent judging process, our mission is simple: to ensure that outstanding achievements receive the recognition they deserve.
Because recognition should be earned, never bought. There are no fees to nominate, be nominated, or win.
Why Terang Awards was created
Bali's real estate industry is home to talented professionals, responsible developers, innovative businesses, and individuals who are genuinely committed to making a positive difference. We believe their achievements deserve to be recognised and celebrated.
Terang Awards was created to shine a light on those who demonstrate excellence, integrity, professionalism, and meaningful contributions to the industry. Beyond celebrating individual achievements, our ambition is to inspire higher standards, encourage responsible practices, and build greater confidence in Bali's real estate sector.
Because when we recognise those who lead by example, we inspire others to do the same.
What does Terang mean?
In Bahasa Indonesia, terang means light, clarity, and brightness. For us, it represents transparency, integrity, and the belief that great work deserves to be seen.
Just as light brings clarity, Terang Awards aims to shine a spotlight on the people and organisations making a positive impact on Bali's real estate industry.
Terang is more than a name. It's the principle behind everything we do.

A Bali-based buyer advisory agency that helps property buyers make informed decisions through independent representation, property pre-screening and professional guidance. As a co-founder, Fullers Properties supports Terang's mission to encourage transparency, professionalism and higher standards across Bali's real estate industry.

A media platform covering news, developments and stories relevant to Bali. As a co-founder, Bali News brings greater visibility to the people, businesses and initiatives contributing positively to Bali's real estate industry.

A Bali-based hospitality group. Its involvement brings a perspective from Bali's hospitality and property-related industries, supporting the awards' ambition to recognise excellence and responsible business practices.

Independence
No co-founder can enter. Bali News, Fullers Properties and ArkaCara are ineligible in every category. Bali News and Fullers Properties hold no vote; ArkaCara's founder, Adhiguna, sits on the independent panel.
An independent panel holds sole scoring authority.
