| 4 January 2027 | Community Trust voting, round one, opens. AI scores sealed and a private shortlist drawn |
| 4 to 11 January 2027 | Compliance checks on the shortlist |
| 4 to 14 January 2027 | Panel scoring. Scores sealed 14 January |
| 17 January 2027 | Community Trust voting, round one, closes |
| 18 January 2027 | Five Finalists per category announced, with the Community Trust top five. Gala tables on sale. Community Trust final round opens |
| 7 February 2027 | Community Trust final round closes |
| 18 February 2027 | Gala. Winners revealed |
| 19 February 2027 | Winner records published |
